When we design a breeding the basis is two fold: 1.Producing soundness and type for the show ring and 2. Health for not only our breeding program but also for those puppies who will be going to pet homes.
A smaller kennel, we typically only produce one litter a year, sometimes two. Our kennel is limited to 8 Newfs between both properties.
In the ring we do all of our own grooming and handling as a mother daughter team and so far it has worked out well for us! (o:
